Booking Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking
  • Balance payment is due on or before arrival.
  • All extra’s to be settled on day of departure.
  • Early check in or late checks outs, when available, will incur an additional cost.
  • All rates are inclusive of breakfast.
  •  Rates are quoted in ZAR (Rand’s) and are subject to change.
  • Provisional bookings will be held for 72 hrs. And will lapse if not confirmed.
  • Please notify us in advance of any changes to your reservations or of late arrivals
  • If guests do not notify management of late arrivals it will be deemed a no show by 19h00
  • In the event of premature departure the full extent of your stay, as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
  • Refunds, waiver of cancellation policies and the ability to re-let rooms are at the discretion of management.
  • All terms are subject to availability.
  • Payment can be made by EFT, Cash or Credit Card.
  • We regret that no Cheques /American Express or Diners Club Cards are accepted.
  • All rates are per person per night.
  • Rates may increase on special event days.

cancelation Policy

  • 30 days before arrival – full refund
  • Less than 30 days – 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days – 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days – forfeit deposit

CHILD POLICIES

  • We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years of age.
  • Children between 12 and 15 will incur a cost of R250.00 p/day.
  • Children from 15 to 18 will incur a cost of R450.00P/DAY.
  • There is a cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

  • Only the signed in guest are allowed on the premises.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • Check in times is from 14h00.
  • Early check INS may incur an additional cost and are subject to availability
  • Departure time is 11h00
  • Late departures will incur an extra cost and are subject to availability
  • Luggage can be stored for those late departures

BREAKFAST

  • Breakfast is served from 6h30 to 10h00.
  • Earlier breakfast or breakfast boxes by arrangement.

DINNER

  • Dinners are by arrangement, please inform management of request.

HONESTY BAR

  • All items used will be settled upon your departure.

SMOKING POLICIES.

  • This is a non-smoking establishment but smoking is permitted in the designated areas.

LAUNDRY

  • Laundry services can be arranged by notifying management.

VALUABLES

  • All items of value are brought onto the premises at the owner’s risk.

DISCLAIMER

  • Amery House, its owners, employees or representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Guest property.
  • Nor for injury or death of any guests or Visitors whether direct, indirect.
  • Special, consequential. or any other damage or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be suffered  by  guest or visitor for the use of the premises and or facilities, whether or not such loss, damage, injury or death is as a result of the negligence of the owners and /or their representatives.
  • Guests and their visitors enter the premises at their own risk.
